Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because elevator projects and services are often customised, cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of the project and the applicable written quotation or agreement.

General enquiries are normally free unless a separate paid service has been expressly agreed.

After an order, installation or service agreement is confirmed, cancellation may be subject to deductions for engineering, design, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, labour, site work, third-party charges or other costs already incurred.

Advance payments and their refundability are governed by the applicable quotation or agreement. Custom-made, procured or specially ordered components may not qualify for a full refund after work or procurement has commenced.

AMC and service cancellations are governed by the relevant service agreement, including notice periods and outstanding dues.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to applicable procedures.

Cancellation requests should be sent promptly with the relevant quotation/order reference. Rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law are not affected.
