Service & AMC Terms

Life Goal Elevators may provide elevator maintenance, repair and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services according to the applicable service agreement.

The exact scope of preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustment, breakdown support, parts and labour is specified in the applicable AMC or service quotation.

Scheduled visits may include inspection, adjustment, lubrication, testing and other routine maintenance appropriate to the equipment and agreed scope.

Breakdown response time can depend on location, severity, technician availability, site access and other circumstances.

Replacement parts, major repairs and components outside the agreed AMC scope may be chargeable and will be handled according to the commercial terms.

AMC may exclude major component replacement, civil work, electrical work outside the elevator system, misuse, flooding, fire, vandalism, unauthorised modification and other exclusions stated in the agreement.

Customers should provide safe access to equipment, required electrical supply and suitable working conditions and should not permit unauthorised persons to interfere with elevator equipment.

The signed AMC/service agreement will govern if there is any difference between this general page and project-specific terms.
